Susan Paige Snead of Rocky Mount is the daughter of Paul and Janet Snead of Raleigh who announce her engagement to Kevin Wayne Webb of Wilson, son of Wayne and Vicki Webb of Elm City. The bride is the granddaughter of Floyd and Dot Snead and Emory Rawlins and the late Mary Rawlins, all of Rocky Mount. The bridegroom is the grandson of Earl and Lucy Flowers of Elm City and Doris Webb and the late Lloyd Webb of Pinetops. The wedding is June 28 at Arlington Baptist Church in Rocky Mount.
