WCA's comeback defeats Hawks

The Wilson Christian varsity baseball team rallied for a 9-7 victory Saturday to defeat the Raleigh Hawks Homeschool team in the regular-season finale.

Senior Tyler Stallings (6-0) came on in relief of Zach Bissette to earn the win. Stallings went 42/3 innings, allowing two runs on four hits with three strikeouts.

Wilson Christian (10-6) hosts Greenville Christian Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the first round of the N.C. Christian School 3-A East playoffs.
