Robert Clark Forbes, 66, of Wilson passed away Monday. Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at Maplewood Cemetery.
Robert served his country honorably with the U.S. Army.
Mr. Forbes is survived by his sister, Nancy Forbes Freemon and husband, Joe, of New Bern; and brother, Ben Forbes and wife, Pat, of Wilson; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Jasper Forbes and Lucille Waters Forbes.
