DUNN — Iris Rose Honeycutt, 78, died Thursday, May 3, 2012. The funeral service was held Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Shady Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church of Dunn. The Rev. Stephen Prescott officiated. Interment was in Shady Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Honeycutt was preceded in death by one granddaughter and one great-grandson.
She is survived by her husband, Mac Ray Honeycutt; daughters, Janet H. Warren and husband, Michael, of Wilson, and Robin Leigh Honeycutt of Dunn; son, Alan M. Honeycutt and wife, Darene, of Dunn; sister, Margie Lee Rose of Fayetteville; and brothers, Jack Rose of Four Oaks and Joe Rose and wife, Vivian, of Newton Grove; three grandchildren, Patrick Warren, Graham Warren and Nicole Honeycutt; and four great-grandchildren.
