ROCKY MOUNT — William “Bill” Douglas Ezzell Sr., 82, peacefully passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 in his home with his family by his side.
He was born in Nash County on April 30, 1931, the son of the late Jessie Ezzell and Zollie and Minnie Tharrington.
