Beatrice Harrell Owens, 87, of Wilson died Friday, May 25, 2012.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 6:30 p.m., at Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Entombment will be held Sunday, 2 p.m., at Evergreen Memorial Park.
Surviving is her husband, Leonard Owens; daughters, Dorothy “Dot” Walston (Skip) of Wilson and Shirley Smith (Dalton) of Fountain; grandchildren, Renee Wall (Bob), Tommy Walston (Ellen), Kevin Walston (Jennifer), Jeffrey Smith (Joy), Tim Smith (Melissa); six great-grandchildren; sisters, Beulah Deans of Falkland and Agnes Hathaway of Tarboro; and a brother, Lane Harrell of Rocky Mount.
