Proctors celebrate
50th anniversary
Elton and Lou Ann Proctor celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 20. A surprise anniversary party was held in Little Rock Church's Heritage Hall in Lucama June 13. The event was attended by 75 guests.
The hosts included the couple's daughter Cathy Joyner and her fiance, Glenn Braswell; daughter and son-in-law Carolyn and Sandy Johnson; brother and sister-in-law Wayne and Annette Evans; and nieces Donna Carter and Jennifer Watson.
The couple has two children and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Proctor is the former Lou Ann Evans of Wilson.
The couple was married June 20, 1959.
